Legal framework

SORAP aims to find the best balance between social and economic concerns for all actors involved in the provision of sales services (client – personnel – service providers), excluding any social dumping practices in the profession.

Since 2003, SORAP has been involved in a voluntary and driving process of social regulation for the profession, in particular through active participation in the social dialogue of service providers in the tertiary sector.

This approach also includes audits to monitor the application of provisions of social regulations by its members based on a model prepared by independent firm Deloitte.
